Supporting Cuba’s People Directly
Due to the U.S. embargo and Cuba’s internal economic challenges, shortages of basic goods are a constant and shifting reality for Cuban families and communities. Travelers on our programs are encouraged to use their checked baggage allowance to bring gifts for direct distribution during their journey — one of the most personal ways to make an immediate difference.
If you are not currently traveling to Cuba, you can still provide meaningful support. All funds donated through the Center for Conservation and Community are transferred directly to individuals, families, and community groups in Cuba.
Please note that we are able to accept monetary donations only. We are not able to collect, store, or carry donated goods to Cuba on your behalf.
